Reduce inequality within and between countries.

Promoting inequality reduction caused by reasons such as gender, age, disability, race, ethnicity or religion. Particularly in the case of people with disabilities, who live with a very significant economic disadvantage, which entails additional costs in their daily lives, as they have to acquire technical means and support for the development of their personal autonomy and independent living. This objective also seeks to improve the regulation and control of financial markets and institutions.

Milestone 1
10.1 Income 40% poor population
Progressively achieve and sustain income growth of the bottom 40 per cent of the population at a rate higher than the national average.

Encourage official development assistance and financial flows, including foreign direct investment, to States where the need is greatest, in particular least developed countries, African countries, small island developing States and landlocked developing countries, in accordance with their national plans and programmes.
