Accessibility
This tool has been designed and programmed following the accessibility guidelines established by the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) working group of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium, www.w3.org/wai) at level AA, which sets international standards in the creation of web content and aims to facilitate access to as many people as possible regardless of their abilities.
This has been done by means of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS, acronym for Cascading Style Sheet) allowing that if the browser or browsing device does not support style sheets, the content of the website remains fully legible thanks to its structural marking.
Web Accessibility Test (TAW) tools have been used to analyse the accessibility of the website.
The system works properly with Firefox Mozilla, Chrome, Edge v91 or higher browsers and is not compatible with Internet Explorer, as the latter does not support the ES5 standard.
The solution is responsive and is adaptable to tablet devices, where the minimum recommended resolution is 1024x768, and to mobile devices, reducing some of its functionalities.

Data controller
T-Systems Iberia, with address at C/Sancho de Ávila 110-130, 08018 Barcelona and contact: FMB.TS-IB-SI-GP-ATENCION-CLIENTE@t-systems.com, is responsible for the data collected on this portal. The portal is made up of the websites associated with the domains syrah.app, syrah.cloud
T-Systems Iberia will strictly comply with the regulations currently in force regarding Personal Data Protection and will adopt the legally required measures for the protection of the user's personal data, preserving their privacy and confidentiality.
Purpose
The purpose of this processing is to show a dashboard of the 2030 Agenda, with indicators for the different Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
If personal data are collected on the portal, the form itself shall include at least the specific purpose of the processing, the legitimisation, whether the data will be communicated to third parties and the period for which the data will be kept.
Legitimacy
Your data is processed in order to comply with legal obligations by T-Systems Iberia, for the fulfilment of tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of public powers conferred by T-Systems Iberia. When the purpose of the processing requires your consent, it must be given by means of a clear affirmative action.
Security measures
The security measures implemented are those set out in Annex II (Security measures) of Royal Decree 3/2010, of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme in the field of Electronic Administration.
Data retention
If personal data are collected, they will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected and to determine any possible liabilities that may arise from the purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archives and documentation regulations.
Communication of data
The communications made by the user of the website that contain personal data will be made through a "secured environment" communication system, established with the aim of guaranteeing, as far as possible, the confidentiality of the information and the privacy of the users. The user can verify whether he/she is in a "secure environment" by checking the existence of a closed lock that will appear on the screen next to the URL.
There are no plans to communicate data to third parties or to transfer data to third countries.
Rights of the persons concerned
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion and portability of your data, of limitation and opposition to their processing, as well as the right not to be subject to decisions based exclusively on the automated processing of your data, where applicable, by sending an e-mail to FMB.TS-IB-PROTEC-DATOS-PERSONALES@t-systems.com.
For any consultation or complaint related to the processing of your personal data, T-Systems Iberia places at your disposal the mailbox FMB.TS-IB-PROTEC-DATOS-PERSONALES@t-systems.com from where the Data Protection Delegate will attend to you.
