Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development, facilitate access to justice for all and build effective and accountable inclusive institutions at all levels.
To achieve justice and its corollary, peace, as well as to facilitate the fundamental right of access to justice for the most disadvantaged, to strengthen the fight against drug trafficking, corruption and transnational organised crime, and to apply new technologies to the administration of justice so that it becomes faster, more agile and efficient and thus fulfils its dual task of punishing the guilty and helping to repair the damage caused without delay.
